Pintar a casa foi das poucas coisas que não fiz eu mesma na casa, contratei um pintor, mas fiz de ajudante, o que deu o mesmo resultado, tinta nos cabelos, unhas, alguma roupa estragada, enfim, deu para aprender alguns truques e dicas que vou partilhar.
Primeiro, se vai pintar o interior, tem que seguir uma ordem:
1. Teto
2. Paredes, no sentido de cima para baixo para evitar pingos
3. Molduras das janelas e das portas
4. Rodapés.
Pintando o teto:
A escolha da paleta de cores como referi no post anterior recaiu na sua maioria no branco, sendo esta a base para o teto. Assim, depois da escolha da cor há que:
1 - preparar o material (Rolo com cabo, pincéis, bandeja para a tinta, plástico de cobertura para o chão (é barato e bem mais prático que os jornais), massa tapa fendas, lixa fina para a massa, água, primário, tinta, luvas;
2 - isole o chão com o plástico próprio para a pintura ou então com jornais;
3 - veja se precisa de tapar buracos, se for necessário aplique a massa tapa fendas com uma espátula e deixe secar. Após o tempo de secagem, lixe a superfície deixando-a lisa e uniforme;
4 - aplicar o primário. como no meu caso a minha casa é bastante húmida, apresentava muitas manchas no teto, pelo que optei por aplicar um primário anti fungos antes da tinta. Usei o
Dica: para pintar use os pincéis para chegar as zonas não acessíveis com o rolo, e o rolo para a grande superfície.
Outra dica interessante: se não quiser sujar a bandeja da tinta pode previamente forrá-la com papel de alumínio, pode proceder assim sempre que muda de tinta.
Lave os rolos e pincéis com água, pois estas tintas são laváveis.
6 - depois do primário secar, dê a primeira de mão de tinta, recortando como fez com o primário, isto é, usando o pincel para as zonas de difícil acesso pelo rolo. E pinte toda a superfície com o rolo. Repita esta operação para a segunda de mão (se necessário).
Pintura das paredes:
Se começou com a pintura do teto, já procedeu ao ponto 1, 2 e 3, pintar as paredes vai ser fácil, comece por:
4 - isolar com fita de pintura as superfícies que pretende proteger, como rodapés e caixilhos das portas e janelas;
5 - desligue a corrente e desmonte «tomadas e interruptores que existam na parede, tenha o cuidado de isolar algum fio que esteja descarnado;
6 - se as suas paredes estiverem com algum pó como as minhas estavam sugiro que as limpe com um pano ligeiramente húmido;
7 - no caso das suas paredes terem manchas de fungos aplique também aqui o primário anti-fungos, caso contrário pode passar diretamente ao ponto 9, como eu fiz;
8 - passe uma lixa fina pelas irregularidades da parede, alisando-a e preparando-a para a pintura;
9 - dê a primeira de mão de tinta, começando por recortar com o pincel e pintando com o rolo. Nota: o número de de mãos a dar dependerá do estado prévio da parede, no meu caso bastou dar duas de mãos, sem ter tido necessidade de primário.
Nota: se não quer que lhe aconteça o mesmo que a mim, proteja os cabelos com uma touca descartável e vista umas roupas velhas.

3 - see if you need to fill holes, if necessary apply the mass slap cracks with a spatula and let it dry. After drying, sand the surface leaving it smooth and uniform;
4 - apply the primer. as in my case my house is quite wet, he had many stains on the ceiling, so I chose to apply a anti fungus primer before painting. I used
Tip: use paint brushes to reach the inaccessible areas with the roller and roller for the large surface.
Another interesting tip: if you do not want to smudge the paint tray can cover it with aluminum foil, change the foil every time you change paint. Wash the rollers and brushes with water, since these paints are washable.
6 - after leting the primary dry, take the first coat of paint, cutting as it did with the primary, that is, using the brush forthe hard to reach areas. And paint the entire surface with the roller. Repeat for the second hand (if necessary).
Painting the walls:
If you just finish painting the ceiling, you already proceeded to point 1, 2 and 3, painting the walls will be easy, start by:
4 - isolating with painting tape surfaces that you want to protect, such as skirting boards and door frames and windows;
5 - turn off the power and remove switches that exist in the wall, be careful to isolate all wire that is stripped;
6 - if its walls are with some powder like mine were, I suggest that you wipe them with a damp cloth;
7 - in the case of its walls have mold stains also apply the anti fungus primary, or you may go directly to point 9, as I did;
8 - Pass a fine sandpaper for the irregularities of the wall, smoothing it and preparing it for painting;
9 - Give first coat of paint, starting with the cut brush and painting with the roller. Note: the number of hands to give depends on the previous state of the wall, in my case it was enough to give two hands, without having need for primer.
Note: If you don't want to end up like I did, protect your hair with a disposable cap and wear some old clothes.
